Politique d'expédition

We believe in a customer-first philosophy, owing to that we aim to deliver your products to you in the safest and quickest manner. For the same reason, we partner only with reputed national couriers. Shipping within India is FREE for all orders above Rs. 999. For orders below that, we charge a flat Rs. 100 shipping fee. 

1. We charge Rs 100 extra for orders made on Cash on Delivery.

2. Shipping time for different products may vary. Look for shipping info on the product page for individual shipping times.

3. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 11am to 6pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

4. Address change will be accepted only if order has not been shipped. Address change is only possible if a new location is within the same state.

5. As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order only through email.

To cancel the order,  You can Email Us - cancellation@petalindia.com (From 11 AM to 6 PM, Mon to Sat) within 24 hours of placing the order. We are closed on Sunday & Bank holidays.

If the product is already shipped from our end, we cannot accept cancellation for it.
