Shipping & Delivery Policy

For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only.

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only.

Orders are shipped within 3-5 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms.

Howsoever Domestic delivery time by normal mode is 5-7 days and 2 - 5 days in Express Mode from the date of handover of the shipment to courier company.

PETAL INDIA is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3-5 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer.

Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration.

 We charge Rs 100 extra for orders made on Cash on Delivery.

 Shipping time for different products may vary. Look for shipping info on the product page for individual shipping times.

 Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 11am to 6pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

 Address change will be accepted only if order has not been shipped. Address change is only possible if a new location is within the same state.

 As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information. 



    Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order only through email.

    To cancel the order,  You can Email Us - (From 11 AM to 6 PM, Mon to Sat) within 24 hours of placing the order. We are closed on Sunday & Bank holidays.

    If the product is already shipped from our end, we cannot accept cancellation for it.
